Platform and operator
BRIDGES Academy is a professional learning platform operated by BRIDGES GLOBAL INVESTMENT LLC, no. 01-09-438746, Hungary; 1063 Budapest, Sziv utca 33, Hungary. These terms govern platform use. Organisation training arrangements, fees and service scope, where applicable, are set out in a separate agreement.
Access and accounts
Access is by invitation and within assigned permissions. Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and use only your own account. Do not share access. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support. Organisation administrators manage invitations and course access within their permissions.
Learning materials
Materials are provided for learning and applying knowledge in professional work. Course access does not transfer intellectual property rights in texts, videos, assignments or design. Publishing, reselling, bulk copying materials or distributing exam questions requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law expressly permits otherwise.
Responsible use
Complete assignments independently and follow each exam’s rules. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the platform or upload harmful files. Use anonymised training examples. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to share uploaded material and third-party information.
Nature of the training
Learning material does not replace individual legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Before applying it to a client situation, check current official requirements and the circumstances. An academy certificate records the stated training outcome; it is not, by itself, a state qualification, professional licence or employment guarantee.
Changes and access restrictions
Course content and features may be updated. Access may be restricted by an authorised administrator, when an agreed training period ends, for rule breaches or to protect the service. Contact support about access issues. These terms do not exclude liability or user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
