Certificates are issued after the requirements of the relevant course and level are met. These may include lessons, review, tests, an exam and a practical assignment. Check the pass score, time limit and attempt rules on the exam page before starting.
Integrity and review
Exams and practical work must reflect the learner’s own knowledge. The platform records exam events and results may require assessor review. You can challenge an assessment through the available appeal process or support. Include the course, date and attempt number where available.
Certificate details
A certificate identifies the course, level, number, issue date and validity period. It records the stated BRIDGES Academy learning outcome. It does not independently authorise regulated professional practice or establish government or ISO accreditation.
Verification by number
Use the verification page or QR code. Rely on the current registry status rather than a file or screenshot alone. Name and organisation are public only with the holder’s permission. Their absence does not by itself make a certificate invalid.
