BRIDGES staff for now. Then partner agencies and government bodies: the organization administrator opens access by invitation.
02How much time a day it takes
A lesson takes 5-10 minutes, review up to 5 minutes. You can study on a computer or a phone.
03What if I fail the exam
You can retake the exam after a pause. The attempts and the pause are shown before the exam, and after it you get explained feedback.
04What a capstone task is
A client case with no hints: family, country, money, documents. The employee builds the file, two experts review it independently and comment on each criterion.
05How to check a certificate
Enter the number on the check page or scan the QR code. Anyone sees the status, the name only with the holder’s consent.
06How long a certificate is valid
1 year. Renewal opens 60 days before the end and takes a short exam on program changes.
07What language the training is in
The interface is in Russian and English. Lessons are in the course language.
08When the AI mentor starts working
The mentor and the trainer are already built in. They turn on once the academy connects its own key.
